QoSTronics was founded in 2002 by Shawn with a straightforward philosophy: the people who own the business should be the same people who touch your product. Over 20 years later, that still holds.
What started as a small SMT shop has grown into a full-service contract manufacturer serving medical, defense, and technology companies across the Bay Area and beyond. The difference is how we got here — not through acquisitions or outside investment, but by reinvesting in our equipment, our people, and our processes. Every owner is in the building daily, working alongside the production team, reviewing builds, and solving problems firsthand.
We've stayed debt-free, invested in our own equipment, and grown by doing right by the customers who trust us with their builds.

Built QoSTronics from the ground up in 2002 and still walks the production floor daily. Sets the quality standard the entire team follows.
Kevin Do
Runs day-to-day production, engineering support, and customer programs. The person most likely to answer your call about a build in progress.
Brendan Do
Manages finance, technology, and systems infrastructure — from MES implementation to the strategy that keeps the business running lean.
Richard Hernandez
Drives new business and manages key customer relationships. The bridge between what customers need and what the production team delivers.
Dai Le
A founding member who's been with QoSTronics since day one. Leads engineering support, DFM review, and process troubleshooting across all programs.
Chanh Tran
Keeps the production floor running smoothly across all four SMT lines — managing workflow, scheduling, and team coordination day in, day out.

We answer our own phones. We troubleshoot your builds personally. And because we own all of our equipment debt-free, we make decisions based on what's right for your product — not what a bank or investor needs this quarter.
